team<\/strong>\u00a0, so that they can put in place mechanisms that give them credibility to the clients.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The sales team must be one with the company: what it transmits, both consciously and unconsciously, must be the same as what is transmitted through the products or services that are marketed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sellers must be convinced that the product they are selling is really meeting the customer&#8217;s needs.&nbsp;If he is not, it will be difficult for the buyer to feel that empathy necessary to formalise the purchase satisfactorily.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Those responsible for getting these messages to the sales team will be the managers and directors.&nbsp;They must start up&nbsp;<strong>mentoring and training processes<\/strong>&nbsp;that ensure that the
