The company must be able to transmit its values ​​and philosophy to the sales team , so that they can put in place mechanisms that give them credibility to the clients.

The sales team must be one with the company: what it transmits, both consciously and unconsciously, must be the same as what is transmitted through the products or services that are marketed.

Sellers must be convinced that the product they are selling is really meeting the customer’s needs. If he is not, it will be difficult for the buyer to feel that empathy necessary to formalise the purchase satisfactorily.

Those responsible for getting these messages to the sales team will be the managers and directors. They must start up mentoring and training processes that ensure that the people who are going to deal with the buyers send them the same message that is raised from the company.
